PAST PROJECTS
Rear Extensions
Project 1
Our client required a spacious rear extension with removal of internal walls including a new second storey extension to accommodate an En-suite.
Large sky-lights have been introduced and trimmers structurally designed; eliminating the need for flitch or steel beams.
Internal walls have been removed and new steel beams introduced bearing onto lightweight columns.
Upon confirmation and approval from client, we went on to produce a finalised structural design and drafting package which included all drawings and structural calculations to satisfy the building control department.
