Whether it is on the ground floor or roof level; we provide step-by-step removal guide and design and drafting services for all steel supports.
An assessment will be provided based on the existing structure of your chimney as well as the need for adequately placed beams or gallows brackets required.
A detailed cross-sectional drawing will be provided with specifications for all designed elements.
Structural Survey & Appraisal Reports
Suitable for a wide range of parties, requirements and services.
We provide a signed document to pass onto others; be it for purchasing, selling, or for your own information and safety.
Appraisal reports can also cover looking into existing damages, such as bowing of walls, excessive deflection of floors, failure of window and door lintels, dishing of roof sloped or ridges, cracks in walls, just to name a few.
Remedial solutions will be provided, upon request, in keeping with current regulatory standards.
Design Checks

A detailed design package will be offered in which elements such as timber, steel, masonry and concrete will be checked and reported for the accurate increase in loading.
Structural solutions will be provided in the case of structural elements not being able to take the increase in loads.
All calculations will be in accordance with latest building regulations as well as ensuring fire safety is not compromised in any way.
